Asia trip 2019
God truly blessed the Asia trip in 2019. Jeff Sommers and I left on March 25th. Jeff returned on April 3rd and I stayed until April 15th. The 2019 journey was focused on meeting with pastors as we were blessed to teach four different Pastor’s Conferences in three different regions. As well, I was blessed to attend two regional pastor meetings. We are excited to announce that we are going to be fully supporting 16 pastors now in Asia. On this trip we were able to meet all of them as they attended the meetings. These pastors have been selected by Asian leadership as men who have been trained, have a desire to serve God and are ready to embark on church planting ventures. The majority of these pastors, 13, will be going to new areas and planting churches in villages that previously had no church or way to hear the Gospel. These pastors will be focused on reaching two different tribes that live in a mountainous region. Each of these tribes are between 95 and 99% unreached. One of the 16, Anil, we have already been supporting for several years. Anil now has his church built and we will continue to support him in his mission efforts. We will also be supporting an overseer for the pastors. I was also blessed to preach in three churches on the Sundays that I was in Asia and God blessed in those services with 33 people putting their faith in Christ.
